省法院召開2011年度勞動爭議案件審判情況新聞發布會

  5月3日,省法院召開“2011年度江蘇法院勞動爭議案件審判工作情況”新聞發布會,省法院新聞發言人王明新向各新聞媒體通報了2011年度《江蘇法院勞動爭議案件審判工作報告》的主要內容,并發布江蘇法院2011年度勞動爭議十大典型案例。
  《江蘇法院勞動爭議案件審判工作報告》全面總結了江蘇勞動爭議案件的基本情況特點和法院加強勞動爭議審判工作的經驗做法,同時對勞動爭議案件審判工作中反映出勞動用工領域存在的突出問題進行了分析,并提出相應的對策和建議。
  發布的10件典型案例涉及勞動關系的確認問題、工作崗位的調整問題、勞動報酬的變更問題、工資的計算問題、勞動關系的解除問題、檔案與社會保險關系的轉移接續問題、競業限制問題、工傷“私了”協議的效力認定問題等等,較為全面地反映了勞動爭議案件的基本類型。

Jiangsu Province High Court Held Press Conference on Employment Disputes Trial in 2011

On May 3, the provincial high court held a press conference on Employment Disputes heard in courts in Jiangsu 2011. Wang Mingxin, the spokesman of the provincial high court gave reporters a briefing on the main content of Report of Employment Dispute Cases Heard by Courts in Jiangsu in 2011 and issued ten typical cases of labor disputes in 2011.
